VEHICLE SOURCING TO ORDER - THE PROCESS

q Vectura reviews car requirements & budget with client.  A quote is then provided.

q If funding is required a no-obligation finance proposal is completed.

q For used vehicles we locate a short-list of vehicles to client's specification.

q For new vehicles we advise on availability & delivery time.

q Vectura negotiates final best market price on purchase & finance rate.

q Client orders car with a deposit.

q Car is delivered to home/work address.

FAQ   FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

q  Can you source any make or model of car?

p Yes; we have sourced everything from a £5k VW Polo to £575k Ferrari Enzo

although we tend to supply mostly prestige and performance cars.

q  What sort of discounts can you achieve?

p We negotiate on a deal by deal basis against base corporate and market rates. 

q  Can you give some example of pricing?

p For new cars, as a guide, if you contacted 20 main dealers we would expect to be in 

the top 10% measuring best price.

p For used cars we supply at the most competitive market terms for cars meeting

manufacturer used car approved standards.  Again we expect to be in top 10%.

q  Can a used car be viewed/driven prior to purchase?

p Yes; but the car may be located anywhere in the UK .

q  What deposits are payable?

p To secure a used car a minimum £500 deposit or 2% is payable on Visa or

 MasterCard or by HSBC bank transfer.

p To order a new car there is a minimum £1000 deposit payable by BACs transfer.

p Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations.

q  How and when are final payments made?

p Final payment on any vehicle is made a few days before delivery by BACs or CHAPs  

transfer from the finance company or direct from the client.  We do not accept

denominations of cash > £5k for payments.  High value payments on credit cards

maybe subject to transaction charges levied by the bank.

q  What assurance do I have on the condition of a used car?

p We guarantee all cars will be supplied in retail condition.  This is double-assured as

our suppliers have written terms and our contract stipulates non-negotiable

retail condition.  In addition on the hundreds of cars we have supplied we have

never had a car rejected. 

p All cars are HPI checked and clear

q  What warranties do you offer?

p All our cars come with balance of manufacturers' warranty, main dealer extended 

warranty or 12-mth comprehensive after market warranty for Vectura Stock cars.

q  Can you deliver?

p Yes we will deliver the car to your home or work address at a time convenient to you.

q  What happens to the trade-in car?

p It will be collected when your new car is delivered.

q  Can Vectura arrange GAP Insurance?

p Yes we can provide the highest level Return-to-Invoice GAP Insurance.
