The XC90 is now the 5th car you have supplied to my wife or I over the recent years, and I feel I should put pen to paper (or type) and say thank you for your efforts. 

Yet again you have surpassed yourself on the deal for the XC90.  Having myself spent time and (wasted) effort talking to dealers across the UK, you again managed to better any deal currently offered by any dealer or outlet.  The services you supply made buying the cars straight forward and it is always good to have someone on the end of the phone who is so knowledgeable about the car market.  

We have now had the car a few days and time to understand all that it can do, from sat nav to iPod / usb and all the other luxuries the XC90 Executive has to offer.  Taking your advice was well worth it.
